MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Dave Falkenstrom

I started my fitness journey early, competing as a three-sport athlete and later building a 7-year competitive career in Natural Bodybuilding, achieving Professional status. This intense physical experience naturally led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and pioneer a unique, heart-monitored training system in Fort Lauderdale. Many of my clients achieved transformational results, some losing over 100 lbs.

However, my life journey expanded far beyond the gym:

Holistic Expertise: I am a Certified Nutritionist, a Certified Life Coach, and an ordained Pastor with 28 years of experience in Ministry.

Real-World Balance: I spent 25 years in Auto Sales and Management, giving me unique insight into the corporate world and the challenges of balancing a career with Family and Fitness.

This unparalleled background allows me to provide online coaching and personal coaching that truly integrates every aspect of your life. I bring all my personal experience—from the competitive stage to the ministry pulpit—to every client, helping them not just lift weights, but conquer life.

Education: Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology (Fitchburg State University) and Biblical Studies (Calvary Chapel Bible Institute).

Experience: Natural Bodybuilding Champion (3 Florida titles, Pro Status) and Ordained Calvary Chapel Pastor (28 years).
